Dissolve each of these separately in about 100 ml water, then add together to the big beaker while stirring:

Adjust pH to 6.8.

Filter sterilise and store in fridge.

If the saline throws a precipitate, discard the saline- you'll have lost all the Ca++ and Mg++ as (very) insoluble phosphates.
